Editorial Policy

NamesZaar publishes free name generators and original naming guides. This editorial policy explains how we create that content, how we use AI tools, how we check claims, and how readers can ask for corrections. Our goal is practical, family-friendly advice that helps people choose names with confidence.

How We Create Our Content

Generator pages and blog guides are planned around real search intent: pet names, baby names, business names, usernames, team names, group names, and fantasy names. Each guide aims to do more than dump a list. We explain how naming works in that context, what mistakes to avoid, and when a generated idea still needs a human check (for example trademark or domain availability for business names).

Articles are written and edited by Sohaib Faisal Khan, who also built the site. Before publishing, we review tone, structure, internal links, and whether the advice matches how people actually use names day to day. Thin placeholder text is not allowed on public pages.

How We Research Names

Where we discuss meanings, origins, breed traits, or legal concepts such as trademarks, we prefer primary or reputable sources: official naming statistics, published research, government or trademark offices, and well-established dictionaries. We do not invent cultural meanings or fake statistics. If a fact cannot be verified, we omit it or phrase it as general guidance rather than a hard claim.

Name lists on blog posts are curated for usefulness and readability. Generator results are produced on demand from your filters; they are ideas to explore, not guarantees of uniqueness, trademark clearance, or platform availability.

Our Use of AI Tools

The on-site generators use third-party AI services to create fresh name suggestions from the filters you choose. AI output is shaped by our prompts and product rules (for example family-safe tone and JSON structure). AI can still invent names or produce imperfect results, so you should treat generator output as a starting list.

Blog guides and policy pages are written for a human audience and edited for clarity. We may use drafting tools during research, but published educational content is reviewed for accuracy, originality, and usefulness before it goes live. Advertising partners such as Google AdSense do not write or edit our editorial content.

Corrections and Updates

If you find an error in a meaning, a broken link, outdated advice, or a cultural concern, please tell us. Email contact@nameszaar.com with the page URL and a short description of the issue. We investigate substantive reports and update pages when a correction is needed. Non-material updates (typos, formatting, navigation) may be fixed without a public notice.

We revisit popular guides when naming trends, laws, or product features change. The โ€œUpdatedโ€ or publish date on a page reflects when that content was last substantively revised or published.

Independence and Advertising

NamesZaar may display ads, including Google AdSense, to keep the generators free. Advertising does not decide which names we recommend or which editorial topics we cover. Sponsored placements, if ever introduced, will be labeled clearly.

How to Contact Us
